Job found

Yep, it took me long enough but I've got a job with home depot. That's a job that can take me places of I let it. Now I gotta look for a car and then a place, a girlfriend, bit that's getting a little ahead of myself. But my first order of business is getting a car. I'll keep you all in the loop when I have snippets of time.

Plans

I will just get this out of my system for a moment, sorry for the rant but it's important to me.

Those who know me know I don't like to make plans because more times than not they will go to S***. I mean, when plans are made in advance, something will come along and mess them up. Which is why I don't make plans through my day.

Ok, I'm off my soap box now. I said I would put some kind of video up on YouTube but it's not syncing correctly, so it's not up yet. I could have something tonight, since I don't have any plans haha.

So until next time guys, I'll start updating my blog a bit more from now on.

It's cold...

Yep, even though the sunshine is here. I'm still looking for work here in the Great North, but the pickins are slim and getting slimmer day by day.

I told you guys that something on YouTube would pop up from me, just be a little more patient ok? It's hard getting it all together, there might be something tonight, it depends if I get it all working. I think you guys will like it

Snow time

...Again. My job searching is like the flake of white falling to earth, not sure if at all if it will land and when it does, was it where it wanted?

Sorry bout that, my writer side showing through here, but it felt right. More progress on the job hunt aside from some applications with some boogers on them...yuck. Anyway, I'm currently on route to my...hmm...how to say this, oh. I am on my way to see my mental health specalisist.

Yeah, he's helping me with stuff, will it pay off? I have no clue. But it's good for now. Other than that, my life remains fairly boring, oh I finally got my PS3 back and picked up a few new games for it, the first being Bioshock and then Shadow of the Coloussus. Good times there, but anyhow, I'm thinking about an iPhone app where it's like Pictochat, where you use either WiFi or Bluetooth to connect and draw and chat, I don't have a clue as to go about doing something like that, but it could be fun

Anyway bye for now.

And it all falls down...

I'm at work now and all I can say is this: I am done here at 7-11. I put in all kinds of extra time and effort and what do I get for it? Nothing. Not a 'oh good job tyson,' or a complitement from the boss and with my hours cut, it makes me wonder what my boss is up to, but then realize that she can't be up to much because she doesn't care. I told her that day shift doesn't do their shift duties, and we are the one gets ignored when we have a request.

So I am leaving Hell, and want to know the best part? I saw a shooting star on the way here, and my horoscope also tells about my decision about work and says to do it for personal reasons, so i'm leaving this job. I will miss my regulars here who come in, but as for my boss, and the job?

Good luck finding a night crew.

Dreamcast II

Hey sega, where is the dreamcast 2? I mean honestly, you guys really can't be happy just selling software right? Don't you guys miss the frenzy of vying to be the top console in the race? Personally, I think the time us ripe that you guys reminded us what gaming is about: playing together. We don't need gimmicks like Sonys wand or another Wii system or dare I say even flail our arms like a crazy person with project natal.

Just a decently powered system with fun games are what we hardcore gamers are starving for. A system just for us, with hard games that would spend a good amount of time on, not like the mountians of mini-games on the Wii and soon to be on the PS3. Just games that we can play along with the rest of our hardcore gaming friends like Power Stone, or Dino Crisis or even Samba de Amigo. Come on Sega, can you really stand by and watch the market become flooded with mini-games, that will net a profit, but leave the rest of us high and dry?

I would say this is a prime time for the return of Sega into the console market, with natal around the corner and Sony copying nintendo, I'd say you guys have the best chance of stealing the thunder from natal and draw Sonys market at the same time. I really hope you guys at Sega are just buying your time until you return to the console scene. Whenever this happens, I will wait until it becomes a reality.

Hey Apple!

You guys are making things weird. Let me explain. You will let people download from the app store and from iTunes. I don't have a problem with this; my problem is that you guys do a funky way of downloading between apps and iTunes. I go to the app store and find an app I would like to try, but it's over 10MB in size and you tell me to download it over wifi. Sure, makes sense. But I find a song in iTunes and get it, and suprise, suprise it's over 10MB, and the download goes through. So why the double-standard Apple?
